For over a decade, the NICTA UAS Secretariat has been at the forefront of telecommunications development in Papua New Guinea. We’re committed to bridging the digital divide and bringing essential communication services to all, focusing on access, affordability, and reliability, particularly in rural and remote areas.

Our Programs

We are transforming communication services across Papua New Guinea through targeted projects that address specific needs and challenges. Our initiatives focus on improving ICT infrastructure, expanding broadband access, and fostering digital literacy to ensure meaningful connectivity for all citizens.

Expand broadband network coverage to unserved areas, ensuring universal access to high-speed internet

Ensure citizens, communities, and businesses can fully benefit from ICT services through digital literacy, affordable devices, and relevant applications.
